"An excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout. Our safari guide Joe was outstanding - deeply knowledgeable about the wildlife and truly passionate about it. He took his time with us and we learned so much. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!"

"The rooms were lovely and the staff were for the most part friendly however at this price point the lack of attention to detail was not acceptable. Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."

"My family and I stayed in one of the two-bedroom chalets. The property was clean and well maintained. Dining at the resort restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Overall a very comfortable night's stay."

"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."
