Perfect for the business trip I was on, with the bonus of being able to walk out the gate at back of hotel to an access road (overgrown at the time, needs a little TLC) to the botanical gardens (the hotel accommodation includes free access to the gardens and waterfall which are well worth a visit). Staff friendly and even remember my name at checkout without have to look me up on the system.

This is one of our favorite places to stay. The rooms are nice, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. The only constructive comment would be that the front desk people were not very friendly.

My stay there was very short, one night could not give me a good chance to evaluate the property. The room was clean, the mattresses are very comfortable. Although I consider the room size is small for a twin bedroom, but all in all it is considered a good experience. Nothing interrupted my relaxation time. The hotel is very close to one shopping mall, and is in a safe area.

I liked that it had a pool, breakfast included, and it had internet. I did not like that the pool was dirty. Leaves are always blowing in from the trees. Unavoidable, but some effort to clear periodically would have been nice. Internet was slow and always disconnecting. It was challenging to even just check emails. Food was good, but it did not change day to day. Maybe more variety would improve it.

good family hotel

Great supply run trip with the family. Nice comforting hotel with adjoining rooms, nice pool, play area, and dining. Love having the mall right across the street to easily visit during the stay.
