"For check in, we needed to go to the Field Office, which was fine, there was a short line, but it did add another 30 minutes to the process.The house was nice, as advertised, great view from the top deck. When reserving, the map shows the house right on the river. Only later, after reservation, it showed the accurate location. It was Easter weekend, so did not want to look around for other accommodations. The location is good though, lots of animals near by. The only small negative is that...

"Incredible accommodation in a prime location for experiencing the local game. Every day was special with different animals visiting. Love the bush babies that come out at night. So adorable. Close to Crocodile Bridge for easy access to the Kruger National Park. Loved the very minute of our time and thank you so much for everything. Will definitely use your accommodation again in the future."

"The biggest problem was that they had no record of our reservation which was confirmed and paid for through Expedia 10 days earlier. I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. BETTER COMMUNICATION WOULD BE WONDERFUL!! "
