I did try to confirm with them 4 days prior to arrival as my wife and daughter have not received any instructions regarding check in. No response! It took me 2 hours to try and sort this out - I am in Canada and was texted by my wife at 3:30 am my time. Once this big problem was sorted out , my family was very impressed. "For check in, we needed to go to the Field Office, which was fine, there was a short line, but it did add another 30 minutes to the process.The house was nice, as advertised, great view from the top deck. When reserving, the map shows the house right on the river. Only later, after reservation, it showed the accurate location.
