"This was out 3rd stay at Westlodge: 2014, 2019 and 2024. We keep coming back due to its quality. It's obviously under new management since our last visit. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts. Breakfast was lovely and of good quality. If I could give 4.5 I would. I just feel the standard has slipped since our last visit. "Our stay at Sabi star chalets not what we expected.The toilets and bathrooms need upgrading.Towels not changed everyday. Otherwise clean and everything else we needed was there. Rooms are not soundproof.Conversations from adjoining chalet can be heard. There was a couple next door that argued and fought the entire night.Room 18.My family was in room 17 and hadnt slept entire night. Altho security did respond when called the noise carried on.Fortunately thay left next day. Need to commend...

"What a gem! Deceptive from the front - the small entrance opens into an amazing botanical garden. Anna-Lize is a delightful, attentive and helpful host. The rooms are well thought out, well-equipped even with plates, microwaves and fridges. Smashing breakfast! Lovely pool. Great value. What more could we ask for. "

"We hired 2 chalets' no's 528 & 529. 528 was in good shape but 589 was not. The master bedroom carpets were dirty and the chalet needed painting. We paid for half board but found the food generally very poor. Breakfast was OK with eggs cooked while you waited, the sausages and bacon were good but there was little fresh fruit. The evening meal starters were poor, those which should have been hot were cold and the roast was generally overcooked. The facilities this resort offers are...

"The place is in a beautiful area away from busy city but you can get to the town for food or groceries. It’s has kept animals that are natural for the area. I loved it & the stuff was wonderful"
