Front desk staff is absolutely rude and I’m pretty sure they over charged me. I made a few changes to one of my rooms with the amount of people staying in the room however I for the remaining person in that room I’m pretty sure I had payed for the all inclusive package for my guest in room 1107. When I got there I was told they hadn’t received my changed but then said the all inclusive package was not purchased for my guest in that room and proceeded to charge me close to $450 on the spot to include the all inclusive package but it makes no sense because by paying that $450 I was back at paying what would have been the cost for 2 people to get the all inclusive package like I had originally paid for…..

The hotel is in between the entrance of the Malecón. Multiple modes of transportation are available but you will haggle for the better price. From the hotel to the Letters of Mazatlan was about 200 pesos but can bring it down to 150 pesos. Overall great experience

Thank you to the bellman Antonio for arranging transportation for 7 guys back and forth to Marina Golf Course. His recommendation was absolutely stellar. Our driver, Jesũs, was not only kind and gracious, he was always on time picking us up from both the hotel and golf course. Excellent, thanks Antonio.

Security guards were rude; common areas such as pools and lounging chairs and tables were inadequate to accommodate the large crowds that stay in the hotel; the hotel has only one restaurant which is too small to accommodate guests; rooms are small and quaint; snack bar has limited variety of food and drinks, though unlimited are poor quality. Worst experience ever!

The staff is great! Our server at the pool (Raul), was amazing! My rating would have been a 5 star but what brought it down a star was the activities they had at the pool. They would take over half the pool and there was balls flying around everywhere, to the point where people’s drinks were being knocked down and some people were even hit.

This property is a hotel and NOT an all-inclusive resort. There are no specialty restaurants and no entertainment besides occasional live music. The buffet is limited and for anything worth eating you need to order off a menu for an additional cost. The same with the pool snack bar, only a limited selection of items is available to all-inclusive guests otherwise you have to pay. The room had a fantastic view and was clean. The property is also extremely noisy. They allow multiple bands to play on the beach for hours at a time. There can be 2-3 bands playing different songs. It is just a loud racket that competes with the music blasting at the pool. The price I paid was for an all-inclusive resort, at best what we got was high level Holiday Inn.

This hotel claims to be a five star but does not have the amenities expected in a five star hotel. Staff is hit or miss with politeness. No ice machines on any floor. Forced to ask bar for ice and when you ask, bar staff seems to get upset. No refrigerators in the rooms. Beach does not have any shade options unless you pay a third party crazy prices for an umbrella. Pool has a bar and waiting staff that is very limited and they do not allow any outside food and drinks. Drinks at bar are subpar.

The only thing I did t like is there is no ceiling fan in the rooms and only one chair for desk or dining use. It difficult for a couple to share one chair in the morning for breakfast. Also, the AC on the room would not turn on. It was a little humid in the room at times so a fan would have been perfect. Other than that it’s a nice hotel.

LOUD. LOUD. LOUD. If you like competing mariachi music that sounds like 6th grade band practice, playing from noon until 9pm every day, then this is the place for you. There is no escape, even in your room with the sliding door closed. The hotel itself was nice and the beds were comfortable but the sound insulation could be improved. The staff were very friendly but spoke limited English, so knowing some Spanish is helpful. Pools are crowded and seating is limited. There are speakers all around the pool area so you’re hearing music the entire time whether it’s from hotel sponsored music or from the mariachi bands (who also have speakers). In summary, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, Mazatlán is probably not the place for you.

This resort is a really nice place overall, the food was actually pretty good despite some reviews I read, the pool area was very nice but a bit small, the staff was excellent and made sure our needs were met, only a few small complaints inside the room such as no fridge and not all necessary toiletries in the bathroom.

Went with another family so we had 4 adults and 4 young kids. Getting the all inclusive just made things a lot easier to handle since we could just eat and drink whenever we wanted. There were limited options for kids in terms of drinks and the buffet was mediocre at best. We spent 6 days there so buffet was very repetitive and only breakfast was decent. Lunch was the worst as we struggled to find a single thing we wanted to eat. The coffee bar was great. Got myself 3 or 4 coffees a day. The snack bar by the pool was decent as that's where you get your drinks while hanging by the pool. The food is also very mediocre, but when there was nothing for the kids at the buffet the burger or hot dogs here was a good alternative. Pools were clean and spent every day either here or at the beach right down the stairs. I would not stay 6 days next time. 4 was probably enough for us, but that's only because we stayed near the resort. If you are planning to sight see elsewhere 7 days might be good. Although the resort says all inclusive includes tips and gratuity I really wonder how much actually goes to the workers so I tipped whenever someone gave me proper service. I say proper because at the buffet sometimes they don't clear the plates for a long time even though it is not busy at all, and there was one waiter at the pool who never put in my order. I called over another waiter I was familiar with and tipped him double. Overall I would say it was a good experience

The service itself at the hotel was great. The hotel is newer and therefore clean and in good condition. However, the quality of the food and variety of food offered in the all-inclusive is sub-par. Additionally, the hotel is advertised as an all-inclusive option, but has no restaurants, poor vegetarian options, no hotel activities, minimal meeting areas, not much to do. All in all, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it for more than a day or two.

The website for the property is full of lies. There is no beach seating and umbrellas. The buffet is cold and very old food left all day in a chafing dish. The three pools are actually only 2 as one is a kids pool. The noise from the beach music can be heard 5 floors up with all the doors shut. The reservation manager and front desk manager are beyond rude and unhelpful. The all inclusive is a joke. Watered down drinks, lines for assistance and buffet food that is sitting all day. We have been vacationing in Mazatlan for years and this resort is the very worst. Do not waste your money stay any other place. The
