"Overpriced hostels, it's alright overall, but their customers service is horrible, I ask them multiple time over multiple day for clean towels and I only got them on day 3, they do not clear our room regularly either, I upgraded to have coffee in my room and they keep forgetting to give us coffee and would mix decaf with regular cafe even after requesting no decaf, its full of young students everywhere and the room are ridiculously small ( even after I upgraded my room to more space which costed me quite a bit ) the room was the smallest room I ever been in. It felt as if it was a hostel not a hotel at all. Won't be going back."

"We had a basement room during our stay. The room was very humid without working AC. There was a little heating radiator that you could adjust. The washroom was divided into two rooms-a shower and a toilet. Both had sinks but the one with a shower was missing a mirror. Very noisy. And I mean it. You could hear everyone walking above you. Taking the stairs up and down. You could hear a train noise coming from the underground as well. Doesn’t meet the value for the price. "

"This is a transit hotel, despite its self-advertising as anything else. Hotel is located right next to St Pancras train station. There is no ramp to roll up any luggage nor are there porters to help. Check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was polite. The room was average. Bed was made and soft. Clean sheets. Complimentary water in the fridge. One massive drawback. Shower was very bad - not just because it’s a half pane of glass and there is no shower curtain, but also the shower drain does not drain any water at all so showers are either under 2 minutes or you’re spilling water directly into the bathroom floor. A minor drawback. Our keys just stopped working the next morning. No explanation other than it happens."

"The room's air-conditioning did not seem to work as the instructions were completely wrong. We were advised that the A/C would work based on us inserting our room-key into a slot by the door - however there was no slot. We discovered the next morning (5 minutes prior to vacating the room) a switch near the window which activated the A/C. So having spend a night in a warm room where we did open the window to thereafter be subjected to works going on - so not a pleasant night's sleep was had. We have stayed here prior and did not experience this. The bathroom was extremely small - you could not swing a cat. The shower was ok but there was a lot of spray as the shower screen was very small. The parking is very limited and you'll find it be double-parked. You do need to hand your car keys over to concierge who will re-park any cars if necessary."

"I’m always wary about hotels near a train station and this one is the exception to that idea. It’s literally part of the train station that is clean, modern and has great shopping. We ended up staying two nights in their smallest room type (couchette) and it was perfect for two people. It had a lot of amenities (iron, coffee, tea, refrigerator (with things to purchase), shower cap, qtips, hair dryer, shampoo conditioner, glass glasses, chocolates and water for evening turn down service, robes, and slippers!) The shades are electronic which was convenient because the bed and couch was up against the window. *People with mobility issues may have trouble climbing over to that side of the bed as there is only one side of the double bed to get out. There are a lot of doors to hallways you must use your key card to access. This gave me peace of mind that non-residents would not be entering areas of the hotel (since there is a public restaurant and bar located inside). Staff was very nice I would definitely stay here again for the sake of being near the train station for early departures."

"The breakfast has a huge selection and is very good, it’s worth the cost. The staff was super helpful! The location is also very central to major attractions in London and to all the football stadiums. Getting an Uber or a taxi from this place is very easy It’s not the fanciest hotel ever, and it is not a property with a ton of amenities, but if you’re looking for a great place to stay at central with a helpful staff with a reliable and great breakfast, this is it"
