"Surpassed my expectations. Booked this hotel as close to the Charite Mitte Campus and was good value for money. I was taken aback by the vibe, facilities and friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and maintained extremely well. This was a business trip but I would definitely come back with family too."

"The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of the TV tower and shopping mall. The only issue was with our room that had a smell from the sewer, but would less when the air conditioner was running."

"Breakfast was fantastic, the room was very small with inadequate storage, the room was also very hot, the air conditioning didn’t work and the beds were really uncomfortable. "

"The hotel is visually beautiful - design wise and the room was very clean. Housekeeping on the first night/day let me down by not cleaning the room properly. Cups weren’t cleaned, they didn’t refill drinks sachets, didn’t tidy bathroom properly. The following days tidy was up to standard, but not the Saturday. Also, no sweet treat- like a little biscuit - for 5 star I really expected something nice…. Checking in was a bit confusing as there was a queue of 5/6 people and 5 staff- but only 1 member of staff checking us in. So that 15 min wait was not great. Breakfast was really good on day one but scrambled eggs were cold on day 2. I’d still recommend it, good location and very comfy bed."
