"I really enjoyed the views of my stay and the location is perfect for everything in the Charlotte area. I also really loved the modernist of the apartment and all the accessories that came with it, me and my partner really didnt have to go any where to have a good time in a luxury stay. "We stayed there for the Coca Cola 600 and spent the weekend in Charlotte - myself, my 2 kids & the poodle. Great little neighborhood to walk dogs! The apartment was very clean, the owner was very responsive & it felt very comfortable. Location was great as we spent one day at Carowinds & one day at the raceway -- both are in opposite directions. Can't say enough! Thank you!! "

"Very clean, stylish property, great downtown location. Conveniently located to walking distance of the downtown area. Communication with the owner was wonderful! The only downside is the parking situation. We had 8 ppl & 4 vehicles. Parking across the street was convenient but a little pricey. Especially if you leave & come back. (And event parking kicks in) I would recommend the property for the location & very clean. "
