The staff was very friendly. However, we were in town for an event in Sazuka and did not realize the extreme limitations of public transportation to Fine Gardens 3. We walked over 1.5 miles to the hotel, and upon walking up to the grounds, we were immediately turned off. The exterior of the building was pretty bad, the lobby was clean, but the rooms were very dirty. The floors had not been mopped and were covered in many dirty patches of dried fluids. There were creams/oils on the couch, and overall not a clean space. We ended up cancelling our reservation and making a last-minute booking in another town.

We were completely shocked at what we saw when we arrived. Firstly, there was suppose to be public transportation, as we rode the train into town, there is no uber, bus, taxi or any other means of transportation. We walked over 1.5 miles to the hotel. Once we approached the hotel, the exterior was more outdated and ran down than the listing photos showed, upon checking into our room we found the room to be absolutely disgusting.

サービスが悪い👎

他のファイングループではウェルカムドリンクや食事の提供があるが、ここには全くありません。あるのはTパックのお茶と水が1本だけです。それからスマホの充電用ケーブルが全くないので、持参をしないと次の日大変なことになります。

夏休みに1泊利用しました。 のどかな田圃の中にあり、とても静かです。 部屋は広くて快適でした。 ただ、朝食付きとありましたが、ホテル内での食事の提供は行なって無いそうです。また、ベットがギシギシ音がするのが少し気になりました。

　設備は古いと思います。しかし、リフォームされていて快適に利用できました。また、受付の女性の人当たりが非常に良く、どんな年代の利用客、あるいはどのような目的での利用客でも、嫌味無く対応されるのではないかと思います。そして、何気なく設置してあるドライヤーは、非常にハイバワーかつ大風量なので、髪の毛の量が多い妻が「助かった」と言っておりました。 あと、クイーンサイズのベッドは、大人二人が寝ても十分な大きさで、良く眠れました。機会がございましたら、また利用させて頂きます。
