"This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. I wish we stayed longer!! "

"9月で20度以下になる日だったのですが、まだ暖房が出ないと言われました。長袖があったからまだよかったですが、予約時にアナウンスがあれば良かったなと思いました。到着後フロントマンの方が丁寧に説明していただけたのでそこまで嫌な気持ちにはならなかったのですが、やはり冷え込みましたので、ちょっと引っかかりました。"

"Very clean and good rooms, with enough appliances and everything you need for hotel rooms. 10m away from JR station, you will walk pass by 2 convenient stores and some restaurants. The famous lake is just nearby the hotel and I think most of the rooms can have great view of the lake. There are four parks around the lake which one of them is just in front of hotel. You can go for a walk after dinner. You can also enjoy hot spring and nice breakfast of countryside fresh food products."

"I loved the Onsen especially the outdoor Onsen with stone sides (on top floor and well fenced). The laundry worked well. Breakfast was excellent although the breakfast room is a bit cramped. Room was large by Japanese standards and comfortable. The free treats and bedtime noodles are great. Overall a lovely stay. "
