This was our first impression of Japanese hotels- being used to large hotel rooms in America - we didn’t know how to get comfortable in these smaller accommodations - lucky they gave us they one room with a balcony - so for 4 days we used the terrace space as our closet

The staff are friendly and very respectful. The room is very clean. Complete with microwave, thermos, fridge, hair dyer. The bed is comfy. Convenient locations

Great property, the room space is a bit on the smaller side, and there were some issues with the shower getting water on anything your brought in with you

Take an extra pair of socks in winter. Shoes not allowed and feet will get extremely cold walking through the various levels on the floor. Lots of people seemed to rush through due to cold feet. Lots to see and worth takin the extra time.
