"Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. "I love the concrete design and practical setup. Everything we needed and more for our 4 night stay, the first of our Japan trip, convenient and quiet location. Great wifi and iron available when needed. Bed was very comfortable too."

"This is a great little studio apartment in a nice, quiet area of Shinjuku. The building is really lovely. It is close to lots of places to eat and the train station. We are a family of five so it was a bit small (from our Western perspective) but we were out a lot anyway! The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice. I would definitely stay here again."
