"Besides the nice guy (receptionist) and the woman from the kitchen, everything else in the hotel wasn't great. The room doesn't match the photos, there are no windows in the bedroom, neither in the bathroom. The room was dirty, there was hair in the towels, and the room is so small! The sea in front of it smells bad and it's dirty, although the location is good, I don't recommend. "

"Atendimento ótimo, super ágeis! Piscina gostosa e limpa, café da manhã ótimo. Porém o quarto estava empurrado, roupa de cama com cheiro de guardado há tempos. O local precisa de uma limpeza pesada, lavagem de voil, se fosse de algodão, talvez acumulasse menos poeira, passar pano úmido nas paredes que tem ondulações e madeiras, talvez resolvesse o acúmulo de poeira. Sou alergia e foi muito complicado passar 2 noites nesse ambiente. O serviço de quarto também não fazem, não tinha roupa de cama...

"Quando reservei sabia q era básico, porém falharam no mínimo q é atendimento e higiene. Recepcionista, um deles, sempre de cara feia e achando q estava fazendo um grande favor em pegar uma toalha ou um papel higiênico. E uma das vezes pedimos tolha de rosto e ele disse que estava meio machadinha mas estavaonpa, a toalha parecia pano de chão de tão imunda, fiquei perplexa, todas as roupas d dcama e banho são encardidas."

"We stayed at sister hotel “Casa Brasileira” for 8 days during rainy season…. And loved it so much we aré already planning our next stay. We feel Pedras do Patacho is perfect for younger, cool people. As concierge understood we were hoping for a different vive - they suggested we transfer to their sister hotel and we LOVED it Both Pedras and Casa Brasileira share: -The most amazing staff and customer service: everyone is kind, proactive- and not on your face. -High-end decor (each in their own style: one hip and cool; one warm “old fazenda” charm -perfect bed: soooo comfy -high end linens and plates and details you don’t even imagine. Sip coffee on design fine china cup. Breakfast served on fun and fancy Tania Bulhoes plates. Soap tray. Water bottle next to bed. Lamp….
