"Nossa segunda estadia no hotel. Quarto amplo e confortável, um bom café da manhã. Piso dentro do box escorregadio, precisamos usar uma sandália de borracha. Achamos descabido cobrar aluguel caso quiséssemos usar o cofre, nunca vi isso em nenhum dos hotéis que costumamos nos hospedar. Presenciamos pessoas escorregando no piso externo, foi necessário estenderem algumas toalhas de banho pra evitar acidentes. Funcionários gentis e prestativos. "

"We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools,...

"The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Perfect place to relax and unwind , really can’t find any problems with this hotel , perfect location right on the beach and in town , and there free breakfast is excellent, no need to eat out the restaurant bar has great food and a reasonable price , also the Staff is great . 5 star resorts, Bob and Edi Brady Usa"
