Os quartos são muito bons, o espaço da pousada em si é bem bonitinho e o agendamento de passeios com eles foi bem prático, além de ter espaço para estacionar, embora seja no "pátio", nao existindo vagas efetivamente. No entanto, alguns pontos negativos a destacar, o acesso de carro à pousada é bem precário, e não há quase opções de almoço pela volta, de janta é inexistente, terá que sair de carro ou solicitar pelo WhatsApp nos restaurantes indicados pela recepção (alguns dos lugares nem responderam).

Atendimento precisa melhorar

O quarto era como na foto, bem agradável. Meu problema foi com a questão do atendimento, eles mandaram uma mensagem perguntando que horas chegaria e avisei q as 16hrs, cheguei esse horário e fui surpreendida com a atendente dizendo que a piscina não estava disponível para banho pois o piscineiro não tinha feito a limpeza ainda. Paguei a mais por um quarto com essa opção e a opção estava inutilizável, disse que o piscineiro estava chegando, aguardamos e ele foi limpar depois disse que não daria para tomar banho no dia, reclamei e aí depois de alguns minutos me trocaram de quarto. O café da manhã avisei na recepção q seria no quarto, marquei um horário, depois tentei antecipar falando pelo WhatsApp e ele disse q tentaria, passou um pouco do horário que eu tinha marcado, fui na recepção perguntar e falaram que estava esperando informar se seria no quarto ou na área comum, sendo que poderiam ter mandado uma mensagem perguntando facilmente, além de alguns itens que solicitei no cardápio não foram entregues no café da manhã. Tive alguns contratempos, a pousada muito linda, mas a questão do atendimento tem que melhorar.

Quarto confortável, atendimento confuso, o cafe da manhã é apenas reservando e de preferência pro casal, a piscina nao é boa, a piscina do quarto nao é aquecida, nao tivemos limpeza de quarto nenhum dia, a toalha é péssima - muito fina, não tem restaurante funcionando a noite. A equipe é muito verdinha, muitos erros de atendimento que podem ser evitados com treinamento. Ex.: o café da manhã inicia as 7h, até 7h15 nao tive resposta quanto ao meu pedido, que ainda veio errado dois dias seguidos. O pãozinho do cafe e o bolo pareciam estar solados sempre. Saímos um dia antes.. Se tivesse nos encantado, sem dúvidas, ficaríamos! Ah, os amenities são muito simples.

Estadia incrível

O lugar é incrível, muito arborizado, decoração rústica, o café da manhã muito gostoso e feito com muito capricho, o petisco entao, nem se fala. Os funcionários da pousada são muito atenciosos e solícitos. Nos hospedamos duas vezes em menos de 1 semana, pois estávamos conhecendo a rota ecológica, amamos muito, tudo, e ter bicicleta para explorar as praias aos arredores é um diferencial. Voltaremos com certeza, o único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, no primeiro quarto que ficamos saía bem pouca água, já no segundo, na temperatura morna ficava extremamente quente e no que seria pra ser mais ameno, ficava fria. A piscina privativa é muito boa, tudo muito bom!

No geral experiência boa, porém alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados. Achei os funcionários despreparados, o chuveiro não estava em bom estado (saia pouca água) e a mesa ao lado da cama muito pequena (acredito que era um banquinho). De resto, tudo legal. Café da manhã ótimo e a pousada em si é muito bonita. A recepcionista comunicou que estavam em reforma, então voltaria e daria outra chance a pousada.
