"Breakfast was not great, to say the least. Powdered eggs in premade omelets with American cheese were unappealing. Real scrambled eggs are more appetizing and nutritious. Also the option of instant oatmeal or grits vs a crock of fresh oatmeal left us cold. And the orange juice dispenser was out of order!"

"Beautiful Inn with courtyards, gardens and wonderfully restored guest houses and Inn. I will return here whenever I am in Gainesville. I loved the staff, owner, accommodations and my little cottage with rocking chairs to enjoy reading on the porch."

Also, was contacted early on by the host about the number of house guest, even though I clearly stated 12 people. They wanted to make sure there was no partying going on during our stay (there wasnt) however their listing clearly states that this is a great place to host a "party of up to 30". Overall, the property worked for our quick needs, but would not recommend for more than a night or two."
