Everything was great except the front counter person when I checked in was pretty rude and not friendly her name was Justice it was almost like we were bothering her by coming in but the other staff was great.

There is live music playing so loud I can hear it in my room over the TV , the staff couldn’t be any slower or careless. WOW never again . No perks to being a gold honors member. They used to give you a cookie and a water . Now they point to where the elevator. No more valet . Horrible.

It is a very nice clean property right downtown. We were even more impressed with the friendly front desk staff and the lady in the breakfast area. Parking is very limited but it is because it is right downtown near restaurants and bars.
