"We were very happy with our stay. The purpose of our trip was to attend the Gators game with our kids. The stadium was walking distance from our hotel and we also had dinner at Indian Aroma which is right across the street. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of fresh clean towels. The lady allowed us early check in too so that was a plus. Only disappointment was breakfast. It was just a few wrapped sugary pastries. Coffee was also not good. Aside from that it was a pleasant stay and we will be back with our own breakfast supplies next time."

Have had everything we needed to be comfortable and we saved money making breakfasts and lunches at the house.We had a great time in Gainesville seeing great live jazz, games at the Arcade Bar and a fabulous local food selection. "This is property is close to UF with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a great place to stay for UF football games etc. The hot tub is big enough for two people. The owner was responsive to questions and flexible with our check in time. It was clean with plenty of towels and linens. "
