"A really well thought out room first floor balcony. Plenty of space. toilet seperate from shower/spa bath which makes life easier. Air con and tv in bedroom and lounge.Sofas and dining table/chairs. Very comfortable bed with reading lights bedside. Own parking bay. Views straight out over the Bay of Islands and Paihia a very short walk into all the options available for food and trips "

"Room was very nice. Hot tub was comfortably warm, but the interior really needed some work and upgrading. Also, the internet went out for an hour or more which was a bit frustrating. The grounds are lovely and it is near to town. Overall, I would still recommend it."

"The room was comfortable and clean. The furniture could use an update. The room had a really strong perfumed smell like there were several air fresheners plugged in! There weren’t any, I checked! It was pretty off putting! The pool was very clean and the hot tub was great! It is in a really nice location, across from the beach and just a few The manager was really nice. "

"Great location…just a short walk to shops and ferry to Russell. Also only 18 min walk to Waitangi so very central. Unit is well maintained but staring to show its age. Kitchen and bathrooms have been revamped…..very good but carpet needs replacing. Views are wonderful, staff are helpful and wifi/ TV Sky worked a treat. Large indoor spa went unused. Overall….recommended."
