"Food was plentiful but not very good. Some staff seemed unhappy to be there or were downright rude (shuttle driver and guys transporting cleaning staff. Cleaning ladies themselves were good). Front desk staff was good. Property has great location but generally is worn down. Pool area is the best maintained of anywhere but rooms, buildings etc in substandard condition. "

"Simply an incredible place! ✨ The hotel impresses in every detail: the physical space is spacious, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable—something that makes all the difference in the overall experience. The dining deserves special mention—delicious, well-prepared dishes offering a wide variety. The drinks are another highlight: creative, flavorful, and always beautifully presented. The beauty of the setting is enchanting at every turn, and the lineup of shows and entertainment ensures fun at every moment. But the true standout feature, without a doubt, is the staff: attentive, polite, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more special. A special shout-out goes to the housekeeper, the host who introduces the shows and entertainment, the warm-hearted Najee from the entertainment team, and the sweet waitress, Angela. She was incredibly friendly and polite, constantly offering fresh, delicious drinks—specially prepared for me, as I don't drink alcohol. A truly complete experience—one I can't wait to repeat! 💙"

"3rd time to this resort. The Westin club rooms and pool area have improved but food selection and quality has slipped a bit. Premium liquor package did not include pinot Grigio and still a bit suspicious of alcohol content in the whisky I had; I never got a buzz! The concrete paths throughout the resort need a good cleaning and re-coating. Happy with our club level suite and room amenities. Dinner reservations are a bit of a game…club personnel made them for 4 days in advance when we arrived but after that had to use the app which was frustrating. It only works same same and have to log on at 8am. "

"The layout of the property was nice. The food, was ok, buffet could have used some different options day to day. The cook and serving staff were awesome. Unfortunately the only thing I found that I didn’t like was the bar staff. Long waits for drinks because they were “busy” with the younger girls and they never stirred drinks after making them. Also were very stingy on the pours, I am used to free pours at an all inclusive and these staff were using jiggers to pour an ounce. Overall, the resort was what i was looking for. "

"Our room was sold as having a balcony and a view however all the trees had grown in and we had no view so we didn't use it. The meals, staff and beach front area were all excellent. We felt very safe and would recommend the location."

"Staff was amazing with my families allergies. (Celiac disease and a peanut allergy). Food was delicious and we all got to enjoy desserts!! (Doesn’t happen often for us). All the staff was friendly and did a great job making us feel at home. The room was clean and beds are comfy! Pools are great. I liked the beach feel to them with easy walk in access. "
