"Perfect room, loved that you can decide when you need cleaning/housekeeping, room had everything we needed and was super comfy and I loved how everything was controlled by phone or the Ipad, would recommend to everyone! This hotel was in a great location too and you couldn't hear any noise from outside which was fab!"

"Did a lot of research for my first visit to Boston, and I’m so glad we chose the Kendall Hotel - it was exceptional. I especially loved that it’s a historic hotel, which gives it so much character compared to the standard high-rise, cookie-cutter hotel rooms. The location can’t be beat, with easy access to public transportation and very walkable streets. That convenience aside, parking was a bit steep since we had a car with us. For the ambiance, it was a couples trip, and the hotel felt quite romantic, esp. over the 4th of July weekend. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The hotel room itself, while not very spacious, was lovely and charming with the decor. The bathroom isn’t the most recently renovated, but it was still clean, and the housekeeping service was wonderful. Highly recommended!"

"The gentleman at the front desk was an extremely wonderful person to greet me when I walked in. My wife’s been in mass general for eight months so I had to stay here and I stayed Friday night and the gentleman was just a very nice comforting gentleman, as well as the gentleman at the bar who gave me my food. They were extremely extremely nice welcoming, comforting people, and I’ve never left a review like that before in fact, I usually never leave reviews, but they deserve some good feedback. The woman that was at the desk. Saturday morning was also very very sweet."
