"There was no shampoo or conditioner in the top area. We called to have them replenished, and the service person filled the shampoo only… The drain on the bathtub was partially plugged, leaving us standing in about 3 inches of water while taking a shower. And the beds were not very comfortable. We will probably not stay there again."

"Very reasonable cost but rooms are hit or miss. My room lacked window treatments to block out the outside light and was not well soundproofed so I heard the elevator and people talking outside all the time. The TV also didn’t work. Positives are that the bedding is comfortable, the bathrooms are well maintained, the location is very convenient, and the gym is small but good."

"Weird that the fitted sheet didn’t fit and wouldn’t stay on, exposing the plastic mattress cover. No need to put the do not disturb sign on door, since they don’t do housekeeping during the stay."
