"This property is very historic cute and quaint however, if you’re looking for a fitness centre pool or breakfast this place is not for you. The room was large and comfortable and it was nice to see antique space in the hallway and in the room and the bathrooms have been nicely renovated, and there are coffee makers in the room as well. If you have mobility issues this might be a problem as there is no elevator so you do have to use the stairs and there are three floors but all in all I really enjoyed staying in a hotel that was 103 years old so so if you like historic places, this is a great place and also very pedestrian and friendly as there’s lots of things you can walk to good restaurants, coffee, shops, etc.. "

"The bathroom was NOT clean. There was urine on the toilet base, the light fixture was splattered with something red and had a layer of dirt on it, the light switch plate and wall underneath were dirty. The cloth chair had a large stain on the seat. The floor lamp switch was broken you had to plug and unplug it. Breakfast was minimal. There was a hot plate with nothing in it, pancake machine made rubber pancakes. There needs to be more attention to fine cleaning details. I did ask the cleaning staff to tend to the bathroom and chair issue, but I should not have had to. I would not stay there again for the price. Very disappointed."

"Greeted by the very helpful and friendly Noor. Lovely hotel and centrally located. We just had a very loud air conditioner that kept us awake. I’m sure it will be fixed soon"

"The room could use a top to bottom dusting as there are cobwebs and dust all over the walls and cupboard as well as what looks to be mold in the bathroom window. The minute we walked in, it smelt like sewerage and dirty rag. Came to realize that when you wash your hands in the bathroom, the kitchen sink filled with dirty water. I did tell the gentleman at the front desk however I felt like there was a huge language barrier. The plumbing did get fixed later that day. Overall was not a great stay and will not be going back. "
