Very good place for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. But the best thing about the Maryborough City Motel is the people who run it. They are truly passionate about hospitality, and it shows in the way they treat their guests. We felt like we were really welcome there, and we would definitely stay there again.

Country hospitality

Clean and comfortable. For what I paid, it did the job. Fridge, kettle, microwave and large screen lg tv in a single person room. Could do with an upgrade in the bathroom area but bed comfortable. Fantastic country service.

Older property with older facilities. Good sized family room. Walking distance into city centre. Parking onsite was convenient and easy to access in 4wd. Check-in was easy and good communication from motel. Clean room. Great sized smart TV with internet access, able to log on and watch streaming services.

Not a pleasant experience

Unfortunately the condition of the unit was both extremely small and needing some urgent TLC. Bed was comfortable. Host was courteous and friendly. Our unit suffered from constant smoking of permanent residents in surrounding units. Will not be staying again.

Only 2 powerpoints in the whole room for 5 people. Both were located in the kitchenette area and none by the beds. Took an extension cord to be able to run overnight medical equipment and left it a hazard for the rest
