The location was great and the accommodations were perfect. It was clean and continental breakfast was provided which was a great surprise. Would highly recommend 26Rows to anyone going to Martinborough.

Fantastic Property & Accommodation, modern, very clean and everything supplied. Our Hosts Helen & Gordon were very accommodating, even supplying options for breakfast and Wine from there Vineyard. We loved our stay and will be back !

Xmas at 26 Rows Gatehouse
It's was very well appointed, with generous extras in terms of food,wine.. The only thing missing was the Hot Tub that was mentioned in the Book-a-bach listing of amenities. We were all looking forward to that.

A great find. Quiet location close to everything and walking distance to the square. Accommodation provide everything you need, along with some continental breakfast items to kickstart your stay.

Prefect for a holiday in Martinborough
The gatehouse was perfect for a stay in Martinborough. It was incredibly clean and well-maintained, the hosts had even stocked it with breakfast supplies. The place was cozy and comfortable, and it was close enough to the Martinborough square to walk. We only stayed for two nights but could easily have done more.

Marvellous Martinborough
Beautiful property, peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely like to come back and stay again. Our hosts made our stay feel extra special with the added luxury of food and drink items for our enjoyment. Definitely a five plus star experience.

Lovely place to stay with nice little touches like wine, cookies, plunger coffee, orange juice. I guess im mostly focussed on the food, but its also beautifully appointed and in a lovely setting.

Absolutely delightful stay
This is a fabulous gem in Martinborough. The property is amazing, very well maintained, beautiful decor, lots of fantastic treats (wine, bread, eggs, juice, chocolates and homemade biscuits). The hosts go above and beyond. We'll definitely be back

Wonderful place to stay
The property was a lovely place to stay. Immaculately clean, well thought out and in a very nice setting. We really appreciated the lovely breakfasts and the special touches like home-made biscuits and a bottle of their own wine which we greatly enjoyed. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again in the not too distant future.

Gorgeous Cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in the Gatehouse at 26Rows. From the well equipped and imaginatively styled house to the little extras that Helen provided, they all helped for a great holiday stay. The location is quiet, yet within easy reach of the many attractions in the area. We can’t wait to return.

A fabulous place to stay!
Not one word of criticism was spoken by the four of us of this property over our two night stay. A cosy cottage which was impeccably presented and along with the personal touches of homemaking, fresh bread and yummy Sauvignon made our stay so pleasurable. Highly recommended!!

Great little haven
Was a lovely little cottage, well appointed with wonderful indoor outdoor flow. Lots of little touches to make the experience even nicer. Helen was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Loved walking through the vineyard talking to the llamas (next door) Thanks for making our Mother daughter weekend even more special

Quiet area ,handy to Martinborough township,Lake Ferry and the Palliser Bay coast. Very clean, comfortable , modern and well equipped with everything needed. Lovely breakfast provisions.

Top Class Get Away
We had a fabulous weekend at the Gatehouse. All amenities are of the highest quality and everything you can think of is there from chocolates to wine. The location is perfect for a quiet getaway. We were able to stroll amongst the vines with a wine in hand or relax on the deck. Everything we needed for breakfast was there whether we wanted cooked or just cereal and toast. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Lovely modern cottage with friendly hosts
We spent a delightful couple of nights at this property. Helen is charming and the almost brand new cottage is well decorated and equipped. There are no closets in either of the two bedrooms that could prove inconvenient but hey, we were on vacation so managed quite well! No AC but with careful adjustment of windows and doors, the temperature was pleasant and there are wall heaters for the cooler months. The cottage has some outstanding features - a heated bathroom floor, glass doors that open fully, all the better to enjoy the view of the grape vines, and hear the birds. It is also a short 20-minute walk into the town center where good food, wine and coffee is available. Helen was a gracious and unobtrusive host and we enjoyed learning about their foray into grape growing etc.

Magical getaway in Martinborough.
Fantastic place, fully equipped - everything you could need for your stay in Martinborough. Including beautiful linen on very comfortable beds and luxurious large bath towels. Lots of treats provided for you to make your own breakfasts including top of the range Lewis Road Butter and Milk and Puhoi Valley Yoghurt - Yum! Home baking as well. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine - thank you we will be back.
