"Perfect for our family! We were looking for a quick get away before school started but wanted everyone to have a bed and have a fridge for our picnic lunch supplies. "The staff at Ameristar were exceptional. From the time I checked in they were polite, courteous and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff for being so kind. One lady in particular. I don’t know her name but on my way out she chased me down and gave me my Stanley cup I left in the room. This was so kind and thoughtful. Then walking to the hotel parking lot a. I tripped and fell. Two staff members came and helped me up and checked on me. Human Beings that are kind courteous and thoughtful is what keeps people coming back to your business. Invest in your staff they are the only reason your business will flourish."
