"Check in was easy, and the hotel is top notch. I appreciate the stocked mini bar, it seems to be falling out of favor but it was so convenient given our late check in to grab a drink. There are a lot of cute design choices and things like custom note pads and pens that make this hotel feel special. The breakfast buffet was fantastic!"
"You could not pay me to stay here again. Hands down the absolute rudest customer experience I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Stay at the Holiday Inn nearby, even if it’s a bit more expensive."
"We left not longer after inspecting our room. The room was not successful, the window did not open more than 5cm, the air conditioner did not work and we could hear noise from the room next door. Scary experience and distressing. It was not good at all, very disappointed and we have asked for a refund . "
"Room was functional, Not overly spacious but adequate and efficient for the business traveler.
A few “creature comforts” could make a big difference with little expense. How about a second bed pillow and bath towel? And an extra glass or two? (Only one ceramic cup and one coffee mug provided.)
The location is convenient. It’s not clear why the window opening is so restricted -- maybe because the windows face a main street?
Overall this hotel is fine. It just seems a shame not to go to a bit more effort to make a big difference in comfort."
"Excellent location for us to be able to catch an early train. Very helpful front desk staff. Intermittent WiFi and due to an holiday no restaurant were negatives for us. Easy rental car return access."
