"Stayed here for a night for a quick getaway from our busy city life. The communication with the hosts were great from the beginning. We had an easy access to the property and it had everything we needed for our stay. We had such an amazing experience plus the bath under the stars was lovely!!! The little treats we got upon arrival was a nice touch!! The bathroom was beautiful too! Short but definitely a sweet experience! 💕 We’ll definitely come back! ❤️"

"We had a great time, real kiwi bach unbeatable location with all the things you need to make your stay easy. Kids jumped off the bridge, kayaked in the estuary, walked for miles on the beach. Plenty of space for two families. Host was kind and great to communicate with. Kids are already planning next stay. Thanking for allowing us to share you special place."

"This was the perfect base for us. The place was a great size for the four of us, everything we needed. Great location for being close to Whangārei town but also easy access to the heads for exploring, walks and swims. Place was clean and fresh. Nice space to spend sone time. We plan to be back sometime. "

"Although the motel dates probably from the mid 1980’s, it is clean, and comfortable, with a kitchen comprising of an electric stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge. All were in excellent condition, and the property is well maintained. Whilst we did not use the pool, it looked clean and inviting. There are only 12 units, in a quiet street only 5 mins walk from a New World and Woolworths, with some excellent cafes close by, and a short walk to the Harbourside area and town. Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again"

"James welcomed sincerely and warmly. There was such a serenity to the property. Lawns were mowed, edges clipped, everything kept neat and very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was superb. The views were unbelievable. Such beauty in every direction. It was a restorative, restful and uplifting stay. "
