"This property is gorgeous! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else if we come back to the area. The sauna/rain shower in the master bath is amazing and the whole place is super well appointed. The kitchen is a little small but we love to cook and I feel like that critique is just super personal to us. Peter is so communicative and gave us wonderful recommendations for local spots. Stay here, you won’t regret it!"

"Good location, small but cozy place situated about 15 min from downtown Boone and about 10 min from downtown blowing rock. Hot tub was a plus. Kitchen is scarcely stocked for those who want to cook but the grill works well. A downfall was that the cabin felt damp - back of the property more-so than the front or upstairs but our clothes were the slightest bit damp when we’d put them on and you could smell it."

"With spotty or no WiFi available- for us as seniors it was disconcerting. No cellphone service for the stay was a concern . This will soon be rectified in October according to our host thank goodness. The cabin is lovely & we enjoyed fires at night as well as the hot tub. No cellphone service remains a problem…"
