Bu hotelin sahibi bana hayatımdaki en kötü geceyi yaşattı. Rezervasyonumuzu yaptık. Para çekildi. Hotele gece geç ulaşabildik çünkü dağ başında. Çocuklar arabada uyudular ben resepsiyona anahtarı almaya gittiğimde şok yaşadım. Yer olmadığı söylendi. Parasını ödedim dediğimde de kadın sadece omuzlarını kaldırmakla yetindi. Biz gecikince bizden parasını aldıkşarı yeri başkasına satmışlar. Biz iki küçük çocukla sokakta kaldık. Ben kızınca da bizi 30 km umaklıktaki Komotiniye gönderdiler. Burada çok kötü bir hotelde üst üste geçirdik geceyi. Deniz için gelmiştik önce sokakta kaldık sonra da denizden çok uzakta berbat bir hotele mecburiyetten sığındık. Gece sinirden uyuyamadım. Sabah da erkenden Türkiyeye geri döndüm. Umarım bize çektirdiklerinin cezasını bulur. Собственикът на хотела ни остави на улицата с две малки детца. Ние платихме за 1стая с 4 легла. Но когато пристигнахме в хотела късно вечерта се установи че са продали на друг нашата стая. Не се доверявайте на такива мошенници.

konaklayamadığımız için aslında verdiğimiz puanların hepsi boş. otele gittiğimizde saat beş civarı bize yer olmadığını sisteme geç düştüğünü ancak başka bir oda verebileceklerini söylediler ve gösterdikleri oda kazan dairesinin yanında tepesinde pencereleri olan bir hücre idi. hemen aradık iptal etmeyin biz ilgileneceğiz dediniz(Kaya Bey) konuşmalar sonrası başka bir otel ayarlanacağı ve amerika ile görüştürüleceğimiz söylendi, bla bla, 11.08.2019 günü saat 17.00-23.00 arası yaklasik 6 saat suren telefon gorusmelerimiz sonunda magduriyetimiz giderilemedi ve kalacak bir otel bulunamadi. geceyi aracimizda geçirmek zorunda kaldık. Bu durumu otel kayıtlarını kontrol ederek teyit edebilirsiniz. Oncelikle sizin gibi uluslararasi bir kurum ile yasadigimiz bu problem oldukca sasirtici ve can sıkıcı oldu. 4 gunluk tatilimizin 1 gunu sadece telefon gorusmeleri ve neticesinde gece arabada uyumak ve boşa gecen zaman oldu. Bir otelinizin hatasini biz çektik ve üç beş kuruş için mağduriyetimizin çozume ulastirilmamasi icin ekibiniz de elinden geleni yapti. Netice olarak ertesi sabahtan itibaren 3 gece (çikis 15 08 2019) yakin konumda ve uygun fiyatta dahası sizin yer bulamadığınız roxani otelde konaklama ayarlayıp tatilimize devam etmeye karar verdik. yasadigimiz tum bu-11.08.2019- facia gunun- ve gecenin tum haklari sakli kalnak kosulu ile tatil donusu gerekli yerlere gerekli müracaatları zaten yapacağız ama öncelikle bu mailinize cevap yazmak istedik.
