"I chose this hotel as it was dog friendly - Usually if there is a charge for dog friendly you accept it may be due to muddy paws and cleaning - but there was a dog bed two bowls and a welcome pack including a toy and treats. Most of the hotel is dog friendly and any areas which aren't don't pose much of an inconvenience."

"Hotel has really improved since we last visited. The windows in the lounge have been replaced, and it was well maintained with beautiful seasonal decorations. Room was clean and a good size but it was far too warm, staff helpfully provided a fan but i think the heat in that room (418) does need looking at because the rest of that floor was nowhere near as warm, and I had turned the radiators off so perhaps it is under a boiler room? Staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect and very accessible with a pram. Thank you so much for a lovely stay, can’t wait to return x"

"Staff welcoming. The room was clean. Paid for a sea view doubled/twin room. The windows were small and high which meant I couldn’t see out whilst sitting down. Jacuzzi buttons in bath didn’t work, but plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath … even without the jets! Bed comfortable and I was able to control the radiator heat."
