HILLTOP MANOR - A sprawling 3 bedroom, 2 3/4 bath that sleeps 8. Fireplace in family room to enjoy while enjoying the view looking out the wall of glass sliding doors. Pellet stove in dining room overlooking more stunning views of the rolling hills.

Relax on the expansive 1000 sf deck with views looking over Mariposa valley. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, or take a trip into town for great local restaurants and exciting events! This home has everything you'll need for your guests in the party who might want more separation! Sleeps 4.

HILLTOP and TREETOP are free-standing buildings about 30 feet away from one another. The property also includes a free-standing studio where the property supervisor lives and is available to support with any technical or emergency needs. A hundred yards away is an outbuilding that occasionally hosts exercise classes that are available to guests. Otherwise, there are no neighbors in sight and no one else on the 100-acre property, though the town of Mariposa is only a 5 minute drive away!
