Rustic lower story 2 bedroom/2bath hot tub 3 minutes from town Yosemite Mariposa
Snuggleup in our comfy rustic two bedroom two bath house at 1 mile from historic Mariposa, the “gateway to Yosemite”. This older cabin features a wrap around deck, hot tub, propane BBQ, wood fire pit out front, Horseshoes, ping-pong and propane fire pit on the back deck. Amazing view of the stars at night. When you book the lower story. The top two bedrooms are locked up and empty to save you money. Of course, our favorite attraction is Yosemite national park just 30 miles down a nicely paved River Canyon Road from Mariposa. Mariposa, Highway 140, is the route that takes you to the main valley entrance. There are many beautiful hikes in Yosemite. In the area, there are local hikes, many wonderful restaurants, interesting historic sites Like the old Mariposa Courthouse, the old stone jail, the mining and mineral museum, the state mineral exhibit, and Yosemite zip lines. Nearby where you can enjoy visiting the town of oakhurst, Bass Lake, McSwain, Bagby river and the old town of Hornitos. There is a park above town to take the kids, and above it is a tennis court and the town plunge. There is a good size supermarket in town for all your shopping needs, as well as hardware stores, churches, auto stores, pharmacies, clothing shops, etc.… Nothing beats getting out of the city and spending a cozy holiday in our rustic home.

The property is a great location and value. It has everything needed for a wonderful stay. I would think little deep clean and lubrication on the sliding door would make it perfect!
Great hosts, cozy house with everything we needed, enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking, also enjoyed shopping at local grocery store and having home cooked meals every night. 1hr drive to Yosemite Valley
Absolutely wonderful! I wish we could have stayed longer!! Cabinets packed with every possible kitchen item or board game you could every need! Fantastic outdoor deck and wrap around porch!!
