  • Nestled in the serene beauty of nature, this custom-built home perfectly blends rustic charm with modern sophistication. Accessibility improvements have been made to ensure that everyone can enjoy our Mountain Retreat, regardless of mobility.

    As you enter the home, you will be welcomed by a living room featuring a high vaulted ceiling that fills the space with natural light and offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The tasteful decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.

    The location is ideal, only 41 miles from the gate of Yosemite, 11 miles from Lake McClure, 19 miles from Splash and Dash, and just 15 minutes from historic downtown Mariposa.

    This home is ADA-friendly and includes a powered lift recliner chair with heat, massage, and a cup holder; an ADA-friendly bathroom with a roll-in shower and a shower chair; an adjustable queen bed frame; an adjustable split king bed with a massager; a commode; and a Genesis lift.
