Check in and out was so simple. I uploaded my ID. I had a late check in which I notified the property. When I arrived they recognized me from my ID and had everything ready so check in was less than a minute. Extremely fast. Same checkout was available via text message so I was out of there without having to wait,

Place was clean and the staff were really nice. The floor I was on had a smell and the room I was placed into smelled like mold. Amish like the carpet was wet and it has not fully dry.

This was a nice Ramada, very clean and orderly, not many extras. We stayed in it for a Spartan race and it did the job. Wish it had a pool or hot tub.

Bad things: A few blood stains on the middle bed sheet, so I took it off and threw it on the ground. Bottles of soap in the restroom were nearly empty. TV has a weird buzzing noise. Desk chair is broken. No soap bar tray, so the soap bar sticks to the counter and becomes slimy between uses. Toilet flush is very loud. Fridge has a very loud noise and doesn’t seem to keep food cold. Good things: majority of the furniture was functional. Pillows were comfortable. Tables were nice and sturdy. Beds were comfortable enough, although firmer than I’d like. Shower works and love that the controls are on the opposite end of the shower head with good water pressure. Love that there’s a bench by the door. 3 lock system for the door. Curtains are functionally effective in blocking out most of the sunlight. Lighting in the room is bright and works well. Spacious 2 king beds.

The room was spacious and clean. The 24-hour juice and coffee bar was a treat and the staff was kind and readily available to help. It was right on a busy road,but from our room in the back of the building we did not hear any road noise. The check out time of noon was fantastic! Thank you so much for a peaceful and quiet stay.
