"Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was a good variety. The only downfall is you have to arrange for your room to get cleaned and nobody notified me when I checked in."

"We had two guests but the room only had one hand towel and no tissue. When I asked the front desk for a box of tissues, he gave me a roll of toilet paper. He was not friendly at all. Not recommended. The room is very small and the breakfast room is small and crowded. "

Her level of customer service left a lasting impression—it was clear that she is deeply committed to both her guests and her role. Because of her efforts, we felt genuinely valued and well taken care of, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. In addition, the hotel itself is immaculate, the staff is warm and attentive, and the views are simply breathtaking. We are so glad we discovered this property in the Monterey area and will absolutely be returning in the future. We look forward to our next stay."
