"I got zero from the list of gold membership benefits. No free upgrade. No bottle of wine in the room. And all inclusive only applies to meals and drinks outside of the room. Room service and mini bar cost extra. Very nice place, just not what I anticipated."

"What an amazing resort. This was by far our favorite resort and island. We stayed in diamond club and had a private butler. The staff was amazing and it was not crowded where you had to reserve chairs. Food was great, shows every night, local towns were safe and Friday night street festival was fun."

"The staff were very friendly . Everyone was very helpful and they were accommodating to my 4 year old son . It was just the two of us and when dining everyone was very helpful grabbing stuff so I didn’t have to wait in lines when my son wanted something else . The room was clean and the property was well maintained someone was always cleaning . The beach did have a lot of seaweed but they offered transportation to another beach . The water slide and water park were down but there was still a lot to do . Overall it was a great experience and I’m looking forward to coming back "
