"Location was superb. Very basic accommodation- only two pillows on bed, absolute minimum should be two pillows per person. (We needed to use the cushions off the lounge as well as the bed) Little extras like “fresh”teabags, box of tissues and hand soap for bathroom basin would be nice, bed or couch throw for extra warmth. "Lovely hotel, great position for visiting Llandudno. Beautiful breakfast, lovely friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom could do with a good update. Room 6 bathroom was small, beautiful sea views. A little updating of property would be good. But other than these things we had a lovely few days."
