Hilton Knoxville
10/10 Excellent
"Visiting UT so it was close to campus. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn't like was the tub shower vs a regular walk in. I didn't ask to change rooms but I bet they would have accomdated me if I had asked. "
"Went here for a gateway weekend with my partner. Was an amazing experience. Surrounded by nature and nice time “off the grid” away from electronics/tv etc "
"This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4 (2 bedrooms with queen beds a couch in the living room) and is also dog-friendly (the neighborhood does not have sidewalks but still great for walking as there’s not much traffic and the neighbors were all very nice), with a great fully fenced in backyard and a little Weber grill and lots of useful kitchen equipment for cooking. Also conveniently located near several grocery stores and a quick drive to all different kinds of restaurants, Walgreens/CVS, gyms to drop into, etc. The host was very responsive to any needs or questions that I had and the check in and check out process was a breeze. Stacked washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC and other appliances all worked great. 10 out of 10 would book here again!"

"This house is so cute and a hidden gem. There is literally everything you need. The beds are extremely comfortable. The tree swings were quaint. Alicia provided some snacks and beverages upon arrival. And there was a really cool writing spider out front that we enjoyed watching. "
