Hotel was fine. Room was mostly clean and quiet. Easy check in. The first room door key did not work. They just transferred us to another room. No breakfast or any thing it is just a place to sleep.

Good value. Friendly front desk at midnight check in. The room was very hot and humid and took over an hour to get the humidity down. I would stay again. Needs some updating

A sub-par stay. I can see that they are trying, but the check-in process was painfully slow, the room smelled pretty bad, and the cleanliness needs a LOT of work. We'll find other places to stay when in the area again.

Everything was fine. They ask for a deposit. Two weeks past my stay and the deposit has not been returned to my account. The people are courteous when I talk with them but issue is still there.

We had called ahead for an early check in Friday and called again on Saturday to remind them as the clerk told us to do on Friday. When we called around 10:00 to check in at 1:00 we were told ago and there would be a 15.00 charge which we agreed too, upon arrival there was a different clerk who would not let us check in at 1:00 and she was very rude. The room was also very unclean, will never stay there again we left for home at 4:00 am because we were very uncomfortable there

We had to ring various bells and wait for service to check in(there was no lines and lobby was locked) lock in door did not work (our small child had no issues unlocking and opening door), toilet was not properly cleaned and furniture had missing pieces. Would only visit again as last resort

Room had gnats, mold in the bathrooms, smelled sweaty. Outside, a man tried to get me to go out with him and he was so aggressive about it to the point I felt uncomfortable with us being directly inside of my door.

I was given a room key and a woman was already in the room. It was 11 at night and me trying to come in really scared her. As I went to fix the issue and get another room another guest warned me of bed bugs. The receptionist was kind enough to give me a refund.

Roaches found in room, dirty tile in shower, dirty chair, cigarette butts in landscaping, check in person charged me again even though I paid through Expedia. Check in person had a hard time understanding English. Other guest complaining he had ants and did not have his room cleaned in days. Check out not pleasant and refused to give me a business card. The heater never got the temp in the room above 55 to 60° Ended up having to run the shower with the hot water only just to get the room temp up to a tolerable temp. The floor was dirty and sticky. The side walls was covered with ice all the way around except for the front side. I would recommend informing future guests about the security deposit by updating the info on all booking site platforms. It’s not good business to inform guests of the deposit upon their arrival. And to future guests don’t pay the security deposit with a debit card bc the hotel isn’t capable of putting the deposit back by issuing a return credit. Debit cards will get charged the $50 twice once when you pay at check in and out nice when the hotel attempts to do a return refund. My bank said all 3 attempts they made to issue the return refund where coming thru s $50 charges. On the bright side the bed was very comfortable and clean and all in all it was better than sleeping in my car. Have a blessed day.

Shiniest aspect of a somewhat frustrating weekend... Exceptional staff... Super clean room... Loved that the room included a microwave and a fridge! Would absolutely stay here again!

After paying for the room through expedia we didn't even check in. Upon arrival we were ask for more money as a security deposit. The clerk had the work attitude ever. It was a total waste of money and time. After dark the parking lot becomes a hangout full of people drinking etc. 00/10 never again

Went to the wrong location n they told us we never booked one for ur company. So we went to a different hotel n googles it ourself n found that it was only 20 minutes away. But we had already paid to stay at the other one because we was told wrong. So i paid for two hotels room n only used one. Very upset n will not use u or refer u to anyone.
