"Accueil du personnel chaleureux. J’ai été upgradee en suite. L’emplacement est sublime dans un jardin et au calme avec piscine et jardin accès direct à la mer. Suite rénovée, spacieuse et confortable. Excellente literie et équipements. Seul hic, on entend les portes claquer (elles sont extrêmement lourdes, j’avais du mal à ouvrir celle de ma suite et elle claquait de tout son poids derrière moi) ce qui m’a réveillé un dimanche matin tôt, ainsi que des meubles poussés au dessus de ma suite...

"El sitio es espectacular para relajarse y escapar de la rutina, son solo dos habitaciones independientes donde tienes privacidad total, nadie te ve en la terraza y tienes para tomar el sol y un jacuzzi, la habitación es espaciosa, ducha grande … lo que si recomiendo es traer tu propia comida para cocinar, yo salí a cenar a un restaurante que me recomedaron ( muy bueno también ) pero la idea era relajarse y no salir. "My second time at this hotel and it has been renovated beautifully. Had and issue with our room at check in. Single beds after multiple pre requests for a king bed and crumbs on the floor. Took a exceptionally long time and a manger request to get this resolved, but we got there. All round a fantastic hotel with friendly staff and a lovely setting but a few niggles I would highlight other than our check in issue. By 9am all pool beds are gone, but no one actually on them. People throw a hat or book on them and head off to breakfast. I counted two people at the pool at 8.50am but not a single free bed. Pool staff on site do not police this whatsoever and allow it every day. Very frustrating in a hotel of this calibur. Breakfast staff don't come near you to offer tea coffe etc. You have to wave them down or catch one who is frantically running past you. It's also extremely busy after 9.30am and the egg/omelette que is off putting. Maybe they should make people book breakfast slots to minimise this stampeed. Hotel beach club never has any space for hotel guests as they allow so many outside bookings. On the plus side the breakfast selection is great. Hotel check in staff etc were very friendly. Room service and turn down service was fantastic. Lovely decor and good music at weekends I will certainly return as we have a great stay overall."
