"Mitten in der Stadt ohne Parkmöglichkeit. Als wir endlich zur Wohnung gelangt sind und aufgeschlossen haben ist uns eine Nikotinwand entgegengenkommen. Die Wohnung war total heruntergekommen.Im Schlafsofa war ein Loch und keine Bettwäsche verfügbar. Die Küche war leer. Das WC kaum mehr zu benutzen.Die Matratze des schmalen Bettes war sehr hart.Die im Internet abgebildete Terrasse war über eine steile Wendeltreppe außerhalb der Wohnung zu erreichen.Eine Stufe war schon defekt und wackelig dorthin...

"Staff was great except the Manero restaurant was awful when it came to service and ordering a wagyu steak from the hotel since they don’t serve it. The hotel charged me when the Montero staff refused it . Had they told me I would’ve left the restaurant and ate it at the other restaurant especially when having a high profile guest visiting and joining me for dinner"
