"This is a great little find and we’ve been back to stay already. There is no pool access yet (May). And it would be awesome to have access directly out to the paseo with a key rather than walk around the front and the TV is mounted way too high for viewings! - but that’s the only criticism and still a 5 star stay!"

"This property is well equipped and peaceful although less than 5 minutes from the main autovía connecting Malaga with Marbella and beyond, and close to the centre of Elviria with its supermarket and restaurants. Really good beaches at Cabopino and Elviria are very close. It would make sense to go at a time when you can use the well maintained pool. Highly recommended but you need to hire a car....."

"Apartment is class, well equipped for everything you need. We felt really like our home. We stayed for 14 nights and I wished I book it longer. Best location, 1 min to the beach and good walk to promenade, restaurants, bars and groceries. Fred and also Helena was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Definitely very high recommendation on this apartment and will surely book it again when we come back."

"We had a fabulous time here, the apartment is spacious and 5 star, lovely terrace by the pool and the beach is only 2 minutes walk. and the beds were so comfortable I slept the best i had in months. would definitely recommend. we will be back!"

We used the terrace daily to have incredible views of the city, sea, and mountains, especially during sunset. Lisa was equally incredible in helping us get settled and provided perfect recommendations for food, wine, olive oil tasting, golf, and touring. I’d come back here again next time I’m in Marbella."

"Stayed wit my sisters and niece (4 adults) for a birthday celebration in April 2024. Apartment: Spacious, well kept and clean and comfotable. Equipped with everything we needed. Grounds seemed well maintained too but didn't use pool due to weather too chilly. Location: Great location for beach, nightlife and shop...all walking distance. Communication: Always quick and responsive communiction via whatsapp. Overall great stay, good value and would happily book again."

"My family enjoyed our vacation in this apartment! We only have one regret: not enough time to enjoy! I wish we stayed longer than a week. The view from balcony is beautiful. The area around the complex is really quiet and well maintained. We rented a car and visited local towns around. Each evening we had a dinner at different restaurants. "Das Appartment war eine einzige Katastrophe. Es funktionierte so gut wie gar nichts. Bereits bei der Ankunft haben wir eine halbe Stunde gebraucht, bis wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet bekamen. Das Schloss war völlig verrostet und der Schlüssel ließ sich nicht drehen. Am nächsten Morgen gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Einige Sanitärarmaturen waren nicht fest montiert, so dass die beiden Badezimmer nach Benutzung immer unter Wasser standen. Die Rolladenkurbel im Schlafzimmer war abgebrochen....

"This is a perfect place to enjoy Marbella. The sea view is amazing and it’s just steps to the paseo. Guests with mobility issues should be aware that even though the building has elevators there are 10 steps to access 439 . Margaret"
