"Lovely hotel all around"

"Nicely refurbished hotel on the sea front, just a 14 minute walk into the old town. We had a junior suite which was lovely however to use the safe you had to pay extra. The pool area is gated and does not open until 10am which we felt was quite ridiculous. By 9.45am there was a large queue of people waiting to get a sunbed. It’s hot enough to be by the pool much earlier so why restrict the entry time? This has put us off returning to a Barceló hotel. Breakfast was ok, rather tasteless, and the...

"The property was centrally located at the port in Fuengirola. Everywhere is flat so everything is in easy walking distance. The market on Tuesdays for instance, is close and so too is the famous, 'Fish Alley', with all the restaurants, all with a reasonably priced 'Menu del dia'.
