Refurbished a few years ago with new heating and air conditioning, kitchen, 3 x bathrooms, lighting & electrics, new flooring. Upgraded interior designed decoration added.
On one of Marbella's finest beaches this privately owned Apart-Hotel suite has over 1,300 sq ft (126 sqm) of accommodation (average UK house size).
During July/August Saturday changeovers only, rest of the year 4 or 5 night minimum stay with flexible changeover days. Set WITHIN THE ALANDA CLUB MARBELLA this 1st floor Apartment suite has full hotel facilities. From the balconies are lovely views with the BEACH LESS THAN 150m AWAY.
Elviria is situated in east Marbella, in a leafy green conservation area, less than ten minutes from Marbella’s bustling town centre, close by there is a bus stop shuttle running to the busy Marbella town centre.
Elviria is a thriving area with some of the coasts best restaurants within walking distance. There's also a variety of cafes and bars, banks, supermarkets and other small local shops all close by.
This Apartment offers great on-site facilities within the private 4/5* Clubhouse (one minute walk from Apartment) i.e. OUTDOOR & INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, SPA tub and SAUNA. ROOM OCCUPANCY & PARKING: The Apartment Suite is like having two Hotel Rooms plus a large living area with balcony and fully equipped kitchen all connected that can comfortably accommodate a whole family, four adults or two couples with kids (cots and high chairs available) if use the double size sofa bed can sleep up to six, or would suit a couple wanting spacious luxury accommodation.
There is also car / bike parking via secure electronically controlled gates leading to an underground garage space, discreetly situated directly under the Apartment block, with direct lift access to this first floor Apartment.
The telephone connected directly to Hotel reception (dial 9) where if you wish you can order a taxi etc or request maintenance should you have any problems.
The Apartment has its own dedicated 100Mb fibre Wi-Fi internet with super-fast internet for all guests, perfect for streaming Netflix or movies (TV also has full UK, Spanish channels plus Irish, French, German, Russian, Nordic plus other international channels)

This was the second time we stayed in this apartment and we are hoping to come back next year. It is exactly what we are looking for in a holiday - location is excellent, amenities nearby are great and the apartment is fantastic.
The apartment is in a gated location a short walk to the beach and a nice selection of restaurants and a supermarket and other shops. Being only 35 mins or so from the airport you don’t need a car, we had a pre booked transfer . The apartment itself is well set up for what you need to have a lovely holiday and is comfortable with a lovely pool which we found to be fairly quiet with sun beds. The area is one we have been to before and is very nice and would definitely return here and to the apartment.
A spacious and well-appointed apartment in a high spec and very well-maintained complex. Fabulously large and comfortable beds, and the showers were amazing! Although small, the kitchen area was very usable and the Bosch washer and dryer worked like a dream. Great air con/heating. We loved the terrace area to chill, and the wifi and smart TVs were put to good use. Lovely shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, although the walkway to the amenities might prove a bit difficult for prams/those with mobility issues. Not a problem for us. Good value too. Highly recommended.
My wife and I spent a month in the apartment.
When we checked in we both remarked how helpful the reception staff were and they continued to be exceptionally polite and helpful, including when we locked ourselves out!
The apartment has been beautifully renovated, the appliances are really good quality and everything works, Wi-Fi, TVs, aircon and showers.
Grocery shopping played a significant role in our winter break and it was really convenient having an underground parking space adjacent to the lift.
Finally, we thought the location was excellent - just a few minutes walk down to the beach (good bars/restaurants) and the supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants in the opposite direction.
A wonderful 5 day break in this beautiful apartment. Location is perfect as we decided to travel without a car. Close to many bars and restaurants as well as shops. Beautiful beach and walks close by. We used buses and taxis to take us to Marbella and PB. The weather was cold and miserable for our first 2 days, so grateful for the super amenities in the apartment. The beds were comfy and the bathroom and showers modern and powerful. We ate at a local restaurant called Tony’s superb paella and La Skala Sunday Brunch was a great way to spend a wet Sunday under cover with lovely food and entertainment. If visiting PB I recommend Gold Restaurant for fabulous pasta and Pizza and sunset views. The owners have accommodated us with a late check out, really appreciated so we can enjoy our last full day soaking up the sunshine now it’s arrived! Just wish we had time to enjoy the terrace more. Maybe an excuse to return. Thank you for your hospitality!
We are two couples and stayed for 8 nights to explore the Malaga/ Marbella area. This flat is clean with an excellent outside porch. Plenty of space to enjoy togetherness as well as alone time.
Walking distance to beach and a few nice resturants. Nice pool outside our Apartment as well as the main pool at the Lobby / Bar area.
We did not cook any meals, but the Kitchen was full stock with utensils, pots, glasses and dishes,
Remeber to bring your toiletries since only hand soap is provided.
Club common Area and surrounding streeets were quiet at night, appearred/felt safe, and very clean. Aladana Club staff are friendly and helpful.
We had a car and eat most meals in downtown Marbella. Taxi and Uber are easily avaliable also (about 20E to downtown).
Easy acess to A7/AP7 roads along the coast to visit other areas.
Very good comms with owner when booking and check-in/out was simple.
The area of Elviria is the very best area of Marbella. Beautiful beach, lots of green spaces, family friendly. Tons of restaurants. No car necessary. Ona Alanda Marbella Club is fantastic. Amenities great. Lovely resort. The staff at the Club are all the very best. They went above and beyond. The unit itself was great. Fantastic location. A few little issues and the owners responded immediately. We lived on the outdoor patio. Great feature. Spain is beautiful. Enjoy.
Spacious apartment with both bedrooms being a good size and with en-suites. Nice outside space, although could do with a ceiling fan as gets so hot! Interior air conditioning was very good although 3hr timer meant having to jump out of bed during the night to pop it back on.
Excellent! Great location and very high standard throughout this beautifully modern apartment. The owners had thought of everything one might require. Plenty of sunshine on verandah and back balcony.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for. Large, clean, with modern conveniences, and a stroll to the beach. Shopping was very convenient, and the Club put on shows (Flamenco and a Singer) each week. Recommended.
This property comes exactly as advertised. Ample room with a great deck size. But the best thing is that it’s situated in the perfect spot, for groceries , beach and ample restaurants, all within walking distance.. the only thing it needs is a gas bbq, but that might be a propert association decision.. would come again in a New York second.

Lovely apartment
The apartment is well laid out with all necessary equipment, spacious and well furnished, however the orientation of the property means there is little sun and the well furnished terrace looks directly onto roadside which was quite noisy throughout, beaches are a short distance alongside some fantastic restaurants

Everything you need!!
Lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Our family of four (including two small children) enjoyed our stay there very much. The location is very convenient for the local beach, supermarket, shops and restaurants (all within walking distance) which was great as we didn't bother hiring a car. The owners could not be any more helpful and answered all our questions before we arrived. The only one criticism (if pushed) we have is the Wi-Fi which is a tad slow and limited (to one device at anytime). Otherwise, we loved everything about it and had a superb time there!
Just returned from a week at this fabulous appartment. This was an absolutely gorgeous luxurious appartment with a lovely outside space where we spent most of our time when at the apartment. The check-in was easy and the appartment was super clean, with a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you would need. As 4 women we were definitely appreciative of the 3 full bathrooms with their beautiful modern spacious shower spaces. The whole place is modern and chic and it was a delight to stay here.
The pool area was great with plenty of sun beds, however the beach is a mere 3 minute walk. A short walk to plenty of restuarants and supermarkets. Half hour drive to Malaga airport and short car/taxi ride into Marbella and Puerto Buenos. Easy to get a taxi from hotel reception. It was nice to live the best of both worlds, having a full appartment and hotel services.
Amanda and Adam responded quickly to any messages sent before and during our stay and we all said that we would definitely come back. You are missing out on a gem of a property if you don't book!

Spacious but not good for those with mobility issues
I' have stayed at the Alanda Club Marebella before. I thought that was what I had booked for this trip, but what I had unwittingly booked was an apartment in a block 200 metres down from the club, across a road, a roundabout and down an incline.
The apartment itself was ok, but could be improved with some instructions as to how to use the heating, some proper wine glasses, some side tables in the lounge and a music system/cd or Bluetooth player. It was good that the TV played uk channels.
The Internet access was incredibly slow, and the restriction of "only one device connected at a time" is archaic and extremely frustrating.
However, the real problem was the access for my sister who needs to use a mobility-walker. The apartment access is totally unsuitable for this.
It should have been made clear on the website that to exit / enter the apartment on foot or to use the pool or grounds or to get to the Club facilities and resuturants you have to navigate 3 or 4 sets of stairs.
Had we been staying at the Alanda Club "proper", this would not have been the case.
The car park in the basement was nearly always empty ( 1st week April) - thank goodness for that, because if it was even half-full and had we had to use only the space allocated to 33 Jean, it would have been impossible. As it was, it was just difficult. We had an Astra-estate, not a large car.
Overall, a big disappointment.
Die Lage des Apartments war perfekt. Die Schlüssel Übergabe problemlos! Anlage sauber und gepflegt. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig und auch schön ausgestattet Allerdings bedarf es mal einer Renovierung! Die Sessel waren durchgesessen auch das Sofa war defekt und verunreinigt! Die Reinigung muss sich mehr Mühe geben! Wir hatten auf dem Sofa alles Haare vom Vormieter. Die Terrasse war garnicht gereinigt! Außerdem ist es im Winter eiskalt und die Klima, mit der man auch heizen konnte, schaltete sich nach 1,5 Std aus.
