The 5 stars is for the location. The fantastic river views, rolling hills and bird life was a refreshing return to nature all enjoyable from the generous sized deck. It would be hard to beat this view for the price. Kayaking on a river all to ourselves was awesome as you can enjoy more bird life along the banks. It’s just quiet and peaceful and you might need to be a ‘no frills’ type to ignore the nature within the house. We will definitely be coming back. "
