"It is a comfortable well appointed house with lots of family friendly space. Unfortunately, sleeping in was impossible as the master bedroom is only a few metres from the busy morning traffic on the ring ring road starting around 6.30am (esp. if your not used to vehicle noise so close). "My overnight stopover at Rammed Earth Retreat was fantastic. I loved the simple comfort of the well considered furnishings and amenities. I really enjoyed looking out at the horses, chickens, and being greeted by the friendly dogs! I would have loved to stay and chill out for a few more days! "Well, where do I start!! *First of all, the last thing you want to be doing when arriving somewhere on a break is to be making up beds. Having the beds made up and having other "normal" linen provided (towels) costs another 33 per night. Is this a STAYZ normal thing? If so, it is absolutely ridiculous. *The bedrooms are very very hot and there is only one wall mounted airconditioner in the main living area. The kitchen window badly needs a blind (anything in fact) to stop the afternoon sun...
