"This was my first time at Collie Ridge and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, everything I needed was in the 2 brm 2 bthrm unitl. It's a little stroll down to the town which is nice and is far enough away from the quite heavy traffic along the main road. I would use them again"

" Beautiful, clean, charming bed & breakfast with warm and welcoming hosts whom could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Stunning views from balcony over looking Balinyup and verandah surrounding the home lush with greenery, roses and flowers and comfy sitting areas. We did not utilize beautiful lounge, tv, games area with large tv and warm fire as we had a music festival to attend. Most comfiest bed and lovely thoughtful touches in bedroom and ensuite. Best breakfast, homemade granola, breads, conserves, jams, freshest fruits and yummy poached and scrambled eggs bonus great coffee.We felt so special and totally enjoyed the experience and lovely conversations."
