"Totally honest review. Although I paid for a late check out, we left a whole day early and if we could’ve stayed somewhere else entirely different, we would have. This house needs a lot of TLC. The floors were filthy. The windows were filthy. The front porch was extremely filthy and could’ve used a serious power wash. The majority of the light fixtures had no lightbulbs in them. The upstairs bedrooms have no outlets in them.The grass and shrubs were overgrown. The gate in the driveway is broken so in order to open and close it you have to pick it up and move it.I guess the owners live next-door. When you walk out onto the back porch and look immediately to your right, you see a target used in gun practice with bullet holes all through it in a window facing the rental. There is a budget hotel on the other side of the house and another one behind it. There was a bum sleeping on the steps of the one hotel and we could see him from the front porch. He was less than 30 feet away. The only highlight to this house was the beach across the street and that isn’t enough to rent this place again.If they have a Cleaning Lady, they need to fire her and if they don’t, they need to hire one. "
