To improve the guest experience, I recommend that the hotel clearly mention this limitation in their comments section or hotel description. Forewarning guests would help manage expectations and allow them to make more informed decisions. Despite this minor issue, the rest of my stay was enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and friendly service."

"Unique hotel/spa with exceptional views. We stayed 2 nights for easy access to view the gardens in Giverny, but we were happy to spend most our time on the property. "

"New hotel and rooms are pleasant enough! Just don't arrive out of hours otherwise you have to try your luck with the automated check in. This is not possible without your booking reference. You don't get this with a third party booking site! Good luck with the remote intercom and be prepared to speak some French if not native! Then the code should open the parking gate BUT doesn't if you don't pre-book parking - this wasn't an option on expedia and the intercom refused to add parking to the booking. Had to park on the street! I would rather pay an extra €10 per night for a real person! "
