Beautiful in Barbasquillo

Summary:
This is a beautiful property located in the best tourist and gastronomic area with entertainment venues within walking distance. You can find the best restaurants and entertainment places a few meters away. If you want to go to the beach you have the Murcielago beach, San Mateo and Santa Marianita a few minutes away by car. The property is very complete and you have everything you need to make your experience unforgettable!

The Space:
The house is a duplex type, it has 2 bedrooms and is quite spacious with around 216 square meters with all the necessary utensils for the kitchen, dining room, living room, private patio and everything you need. As for the social areas, you have access to the pool, the barbecue, a gym, a beautiful community room with internet, television, and if you want to have the best view of the city, we can also invite you to go on the rooftop!

You have access to all areas of the house as well as all social areas. We are pet friendly.

It is a very touristic neighborhood with the best restaurants, hotels and entertainment places. Like martinica restaurant
