This property had a "virtual front desk" meaning that there were no hotel employees onsite. At least 10 families could not access their rooms after my wife and I arrived. And our room had a noxious chemical odor in it, as though someone had spilled disinfectant. Both us had sore throats, itchy eyes, and lightheadedness. There were no windows that we could open, so we kept the door to the room, ajar for more than an hour, which did not dissipate the stench. I attempted several times to contact the property to ask to switch rooms and did not hear back after four hours. We had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. On top of that, we did not receive our room number and code to access our room until two hours after the 4pm check-in time. We will never stay at this property again.

The rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were the most comfortable we've slept in. Check in was easy for us, however, our friends were never able to check in. The office closes at 4:30 (check in is at 4). Neither of the "after hour" phone numbers responded. So after hours of calls, they ended up having to go somewhere else.

The rooms were very nice and decorated well, but it had a funny, strong smell. Maybe cleaner. The rooms were much larger than expected. We had issues checking in due to poor cell phone service, but that was resolved before we arrived. The guest information on the desk was incorrect . It showed that they offered a grab and go breakfast. And also vending machines. Ice was available but no breakfast or vending as stated in the first book. Very nice ladies at the front desk the next morning explained that the new owners had not updated the information.

Great stay! Clean, large rooms, heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The staff is very nice and helpful. There are also 2 very good restaurants in the next parking lot.
